When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced the 'E' Diary Extract, which shows that the suit in O.S.No.1176 of 2004 has already been disposed of on 30.07.2013 itself and that the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has now become infructuous. 2.In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the present revision petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infurctuous.
