... RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD). No.20617 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.P.G.OMM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20617 of 2021 on 22.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20617 of 2021 on 22.12.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.292 of 2022 report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Monday of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
