ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to her.

2.The case of the petitioner is that, she has given a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- to the sixth respondent and that when she demanded the amount, the sixth respondent started threatening the petitioner.

3.Mr.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation dated 30.12.2020 given by the petitioner is registered as CSR No.2 of 2021 and enquiry is still pending.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.153 of 2021 the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 30.12.2020 given by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving notice to the respondents 3 to 6. 5.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
