Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, states that the petition mentioned lands belong to the writ petitioner Trust and that there is no difficulty in complying with the petitioner's request for conducting survey and demarcation. The Tahsildar has also passed the necessary order on 19.07.2022.

3. The respondents 2 & 3 are directed to complete the work of survey and demarcation in respect of the petition mentioned land within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
