ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 3 and 4 for not to harass the petitioner and her son, namely, Vignesh under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the intimation that the petitioner and the petitioner's son are selling Ganja, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.907 of 2022 against the petitioner's son and one Sathish for the offences under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(A) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and the same is pending on the file of the third respondent and that they have not been harassing the petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
