JUDGMENT

The appellant was convicted for the offence under Section 304 (ii) of I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo seven years rigorous imprisonment vide judgment dated 27.01.2010 in S.C.No.166 of 2009, on the file of the learned I Additional Sessions Judge (Protection of Civil Rights), Thanjavur. Questioning the same, this criminal appeal has been filed.
