ORDER

This writ petition has been field to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to take necessary steps to streamline the administrative of the village temple, namely; Arulmigu Sri Sithi Vinaygar and Sri Pathrakaliamman Kovil, Alanganampatty, Kalladai Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 within stipulated time limit as prescribed by this Court.

2. It is seen that the respondents are District Collector, Superintendent of Police, District Revenue Officer, Revenue Divisional Officer, Inspector of Police and other private respondents. None of them have any power to streamline the administration of the temple and therefore, the present writ petition is misconceived. 2/4

3. In view of the above, this Writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate civil Court to frame the same.
