This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to transfer the patta in the Page No. 1 of 5

name of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased the properties comprised in Survey Nos.231/1F, 231/1G and 231/1H on 27.05.2025 from one S.Masanam, the Manager of Bharath Minerals Company, who had purchased the same on behalf of the company. The said S.Masanam sold the same after obtaining due resolution from the Board of Directors. After the purchase, the petitioner made an application dated 27.05.2025 before the second respondent. However, upon verification of the online status of the application, it was found that in respect of Survey No.231/1H, the status was shown as 'Not Approved', while in respect of the other survey numbers, no intimation was reflected. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner sent a representation dated 19.11.2025, which also did not evoke any response. Therefore, the petitioner was constrained to file the present Writ Petition. Page No. 2 of 5

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the second respondent within a period of eight weeks.

Recording the above submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025 on its merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representation dated 19.11.2025 shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an enquiry. The second respondent is also directed to provide a reasonable opportunity during such enquiry to the petitioner and any other interested parties who may be affected by the decision. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
