The petitioners herein are the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in E.P.No.64 of 2008 in O.S.No.289 of 1999 on the file of the District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, Madurai.

2.The present Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging an order, allowing E.A.No.61 of 2009 which was filed by a certain woman, who claims that she was married by the father of the first petitioner.

C.R.P.(NPD)(MD)No.1452 of 2012 3.The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that E.P.No.64 of 2008 itself has been dismissed on 15.02.2017. 4.The said statement is recorded. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
