To permit the Petitioners to remit Rs.50,00,000/- under Demand Drafts dated 12/10/2017 & 13/10/2017 bearing Nos.391749 & 391753 drawn on Karur Vysa Bank, Dharmapuri in full compliance of the order dated 30/08/2017 passed by this Honourable Court on the credit of WA.No.622 of 2017.
ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.AR.L.SUNDARESAN Senior Counsel for M/S.AL.GANTHIMATHI, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.P.PUGALENDHI, Additional Advocate General on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed seeking extension of time to deposit Rs.50,00,000/- to comply with the order dated 30.08.2017 in W.A.(MD)No.622 of 2017 and to permit the petitioners to remit Rs.50,00,000/- for the full compliance of the order dated 30.08.2017 in W.A.(MD)No.622 of 2017.

2. Heard both sides and perused the records.

Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submitted that on 15.06.2017, this Court in CMP(MD) No.5155 of 2017, granted interim stay on condition, but due to non compliance of the condition in entirely, in CMP(MD)Nos.7805 and 7806 of 2017, the petitioners were granted further six weeks time to deposit the balance amount. Even before the expiry of the time, Demand Drafts were taken for a sum of Rs.43,00,000/-, vide D.D.No.391749, dated 12.10.2017 and for a sum of Rs.7,00,000/-, vide D.D.No.391753, dated 13.10.2017, to the credit of W.A.(MD)No.622 of 2017, on the file of the Manager, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai, but the Demand Drafts could not be sent to Madurai to deposit the amount. Hence, the present petitions have been filed.
4. Heard AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, Mr.B.Pugalendhi, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents and perused the records.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court grants one week time to the petitioners to deposit the balance amount of Rs.50,00,000/- to the credit of W.A.(MD)No.622 of 2017, on the file of the Manager, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
