PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing 1 to 3 respondents herein to change the donor name for consecration works of Sri Angalaparameswari Amman Temple, Kallur, Trichy District, in the light of petitioners representation dated 15.12.2025, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to change the donor name for consecration works of Sri Angalaparameswari Amman Temple, Kallur, Trichy District, in the light of petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2025, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the private respondent, notice is dispensed with. 2/5

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 15.12.2025. However, since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that on considering the representation of the petitioner, necessary orders would be passed by the 1st respondent.

5. Considering the said submission made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
