ORDER: This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day; upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the award of the Tribunal, and the material papers available to this case, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Srinivasa Raghavan, Advocate for the Appellant, Mr.I.Robert Chandrasekar, Advocate for the first Respondent and of Mr.R.Murugan, Advocate for the Respondents 2 and 3 and this Court have observed that it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the entire award amount has already been deposited , this Court doth order and decree as follows:
(i)That the award dated 04.02.2014 made in MCOP No.13 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (Principal Subordinate Court), Nagercoil be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed;
