JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant, on instructions, would submit that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case for the present. In this regard, the learned counsel submitted that he had issued notice to the appellant, which was duly received, but there has been no response. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
