RESPONDENT Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for records and quash the complaint in STC NO.480/2006 filed by the respondent herein which is now pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.VI of Madurai and also pass suitable other order which this Hon'ble Court.
ORDER: This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and the petitioner nor appeared either in person or by an advocate and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Muthal Raj, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent this court made the following order: "There is no representation for the petitioner, the matter is pending from the year 2010. Stay has not been extended. No prejudice is going to be caused to the petitioner, if the matter is taken up by the trial court and decide the matter.
Hence, the trial court is directed to proceed with the matter and take up the case in S.T.C.No.480 of 2006 on day to day basis and shall not adjourn the case beyond two working days at any point of time and periodically send a report of the proceedings once in two months to this court."
