O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2007 itself has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 01.08.2010. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. However, the revision petitioner is granted liberty to revive the petition in case H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2007 is restored to file.
