ORDER : This Transfer Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day, and upon perusing the earlier order dated 28/02/2022 and direct the court below to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.155 of 2021. within three months and the requisition letter dated 14/07/2022 in D.No.319 of 2022, submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Theni, this court made the following order:- The learned Judge, Family Court, Theni, sent a letter dated 14.07.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of O.P.No.450 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 28.02.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 14.07.2022, three months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 28.02.2022.
