(Respondents 18 to 22 are brought on record as LR's of the deceased R2 vide Court order dated 30.03.2023 made in MP(MD)Nos.1 to 3/2014 in CRP(MD)No.1310 of 2011) PRAYER:Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.758 of 2010 in O.S.No.209 of 2006, dated 01.03.2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kulithali, by allowing this civil revision petition.

The matter has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time for trial Court'.

2.By order dated 09.02.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.209 of 2006 within three months. 3.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.7466/2025, dated 24.12.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 09.02.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 09.02.2024. 30.01.2026 mm To The learned Principal District Munsif, Kulithalai.
