2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit the representation of the petitioner is rejected vide order of the third respondent, dated 04.01.2024.

3. In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he can challenge the order, dated 04.01.2024, in the manner known to law.
