Saravanan JUDGEMENT The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal and he has also made an endorsement that that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat organized by the District Legal Services Authority, on 13.02.2015 in E.P.No.4 of 2014 in MCOP.No.397 of 2009.

2. Recording the said endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The Court fee paid shall be refunded to the parties in the manner provided under the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous is closed.
