To set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.48 of 2015 in O.S.No.20 of 2007 on the file of Additional District Judge, Dindigul dated 06.08.2016.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 361 days in representing C.R.P.(MD)No.SR49746 of 2016.
2. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 361 days is condoned subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Services Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.
