JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant died during the year 2020. Though the appellant died in the year 2020 itself, so far no steps have been taken, it shows that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal on merits. Till now, steps have not been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased appellant within the period of limitation.
