ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents' Counsel has informed him about the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.138 of 2007. This Civil Revision Petition is directed only against the order in the interlocutory application, that was passed by the trial Court and confirmed by the lower appellate Court in C.M.A.No.9 of 2010. In the said circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, in case, the statement recorded by this Court is proved otherwise or it is by mistake, it is open to the petitioners to seek review of this order, later. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
