ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for surveying and fix the boundary stones in the land in Natham Survey No.29A/3A2, New Survey No. 29A/3A2F in Patta No.194 to an extent of 1 1/2 cent in Korkai Village, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2024

2. The petitioner has sent a representation to the first respondent on 09.12.2024, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending in current paper No. P-4/49509/3835/2024 and summons have been sent to the rival parties to appear for enquiry.

4. In view of the same, respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner along with rival parties and conclude the same within a period of two months from the date or receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
