To present this memorandum of Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree of the Learned Subordinate Judge, Ambasamudram, passed in A.S.No.44 of 2000 dated 13.09.2004 confirming the Judgment and Decree of the Learned Principal District Munsif, Ambasamudram in O.S.No.272 of 1992 dated 31.08.2000.
