PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation from the 3rd respondent office to any of the agency under the control of the 1st respondent herein by the supervision of the 2nd respondent for the complaints given by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent dated 29.09.2019 and 21.12.2019. ORDER

The petition has been filed for transfer of complaint from the file of the third respondent to any other investigation agency. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that while pending this criminal original petition, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent registered the case in Crime No.55 of 2020 and the investigation is pending.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.466 of 2020 3.Therefore, the transfer of complaint now become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.55 of 2020, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
