ORDER

This Civil Revision petition is preferred as against the order in I.A.No.177 of 2011 in O.S.No.106 of 2008 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Dindigul.

2.The revision petition is filed by the defendant in the suit. Now, the suit came to be decreed and the matter has reached its finality by order of the Honourable Supreme Court. However, the revision petition is pending for nine years. Having regard to the disposal of the suit and the subsequent judgment of this Court as well as the order of Honourable Supreme Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and the civil revision petition become infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
