2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, would submit that the matter has been settled out of Court and hence, the same has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
