3.R.Joy Raja : Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner for taking away the liquor bottles and other materials lying in the shop No.4765 situated at Rajas Maal, Settikulam, Junction Nagercoil, on the basis of his representation dated 20.10.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) The petitioner is the State Marketing Corporation. The relief sought for in the writ petition is rather limited to the extent of permitting it to remove and take away the liquor bottles lying in the shop No.4765 situated at Rajas Maal, Settikulam Junction, Nagercoil in pursuant to the representation dated 20.10.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that there is no objection to the petitioner to remove the liquor https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.153 of 2021 bottles, which were available in the shop under lock and seal. 3.In such view of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to permit the petitioner to remove the stock available in Shop No.4765. The petitioner will have to give prior intimation that the stock would be removed by specifying the date 21.01.2021 to the respondents 1 and 2.

4.The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
