The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 13.11.2019 by issuing summons to the 2nd respondent and by conducting proper enquiry within a time frame.

2. The application, dated 13.11.2019, under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, is filed by the petitioner and is numbered as R.O.C.No.4722 of 2019. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the said R.O.C.No.4722 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the second respondent or to any other person concerned, and afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
