2. Perusal of the records reveals that the sole respondent died as early as on 07.06.2017. However, till date no steps were taken by the appellant to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent. Already the limitation period is over. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as abated. No Costs.
