Consequently, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the petitioner's service connection in S.C.No.292-002-1197.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for R1 to R3. 2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the action taken by TANGEDCO Authorities. TANGEDCO had disconnected the service connection and they declined to restore the same. When the petitioner submitted a representation, the impugned order came to be passed. It is seen that the petitioner had already filed O.S.No.18 of 2019 before the District Munsif Court, Palani for enforcing his rights. As on date, the title in respect of the property in question is not in the name of the petitioner. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned communication of TANGEDCO Authorities. W.P.(MD)No.263 of 2021 it clear that the same would abide by the outcome of the civil proceedings initiated by the petitioner.

3.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
