ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed against the petition and order in P.O.P.No.249/2008 in unnumbered A.S.No..../2008 on the file of the District Court, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari District, dated 30.08.2011.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that during the pendency of the matter before the trial court, it was referred before the Lok Adalat and in the Lok Adalat, this matter was settled, since a settlement has been reached between the parties for a sum of Rs.60,000/-.

3.In view of the award passed by the Lok Adalat, this Court is of the view that this civil revision petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

4.Placing on record the copy of the award passed by the Lok Adalat, dated 11.11.2016, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
