ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the the representation made by the petitioners on 10.03.2020, wherein the petitioners are seeking for the transfer of patta in their favour with respect to the subject property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the representation made by the petitioners was taken into consideration by the 4th respondent. The learned counsel submitted that the impleaded 5th respondent has objected for granting the patta in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, the learned counsel sought for fixing some time limit to the 4th respondent to dispose of the application given by the petitioners.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 4th respondent has already taken cognizance of the application/representation made by the petitioners, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the application after giving opportunity to the petitioners and the impleaded 5th respondent and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
