ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2023 by conducting proper enquiry and to delete the name of the 3rd respondent herein as wife in the death certificate issued by the 1st respondent dated 09.08.2023 in Registration No.D-2023:33-18792-000223 and include the petitioner's name as wife and issue fresh death certificate. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2023 is directed to be considered and disposed of by the 1st respondent within a time frame.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for 2/4

the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2023 will be disposed of by the 1st respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.

Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
