DECREE:- This Second Appeal came up for hearing on this day under the provisions of Rule II of Order XLI of Schedule I of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal and the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and upon hearing the arguments of MR.
