ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to conduct fresh long jump test for the selection of II grade Police Constable by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2019.
2.The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in various decisions has held that reappraisal the factual aspects with regard https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.448 of 2020 to the physical test conducted during the selection of II Grade Police Constable cannot be permitted and that since such factual aspects should not be interfered under the writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. It was further held that this Court cannot be a forum to order for a re-test. The petitioner's present request is that he could not perform the long jump test on that day and that he should be givn one more opportunity to prove his efficiency is impermissible in view of the above observations.
