PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR30257 of 2017:

To set aside the Fair and decretal order dated 04.04.2017 passed by the learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Manaparai in E.A.No.34/2016 in E.P.No.2/2011 in O.S.No.210/2004 and allowing this Revision.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.BASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 176 days in representing C.R.P.(MD)No.SR30257 of 2017.

2. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 176 days is condoned subject to the payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Services Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.
