PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to implement the orders of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.4605/2022/ dated 10.05.2023 to dismiss the Secretary (incharge) 5th respondent N.Sekar from service immediately in view of the orders of this High Court in W.P.(MD).No.4339 of 2018 dated 25.03.2022.

The instant writ petition has been filed by a member of the fourth respondent's Cooperative Society, seeking a direction as against the fourth respondent to implement the orders of the 3rd respondent.
2. It could be seen from the affidavit that by proceedings dated 10.05.2023, the third respondent has directed the fourth respondent to dismiss the fifth respondent from service, pursuant to the dismissal order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD).No.4339 of 2018 dated 25.03.2022. 2/4
3. It is brought to notice of the Court that the above said writ petition was restored on 17.08.2023, and the same is still pending.
4. In view of the above said facts, the question of directing the fourth respondent to implement the orders of the third respondent does not arise. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. 04.11.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No gvn 3/4
