DECREE:- Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.JAWAHAR RAVINDRAN, Advocate for the Appellant and no appearance on behalf of the Respondents No.1, 2 and 4 and of Mr.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:- 1 That the award dated 23.07.2004 made in M.C.O.P.No.1120 of 1996 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court No.I), Madurai be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. 2 That the Appellant herein / Oriental Insurance Company Limited be and hereby is directed to deposit the respective award amount along with interest at the rate of 7.5% p.a. from the date of petition till the date of deposit, with cost within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy this judgment, if not already deposited;
