Order: This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, and Material papers relating to this appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Prakash, Advocate for the appellant and the respondents not appeared either in person or by an advocate, this court doth, order and decree as follows:
1. That the award and Decree passed by the Motor Accidents claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Aruppukkottai on 07.04.2011 in MCOP No.35/2010 be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed and
2. That the appellant herein/Transport corporation be and is hereby directed to deposit the entire award amount along with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ interest and costs, if not already deposited, within a period of
eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this Judgment;
3. That, on such deposit being made, the claimants herein/Respondents be and hereby are permitted to withdraw the entire award amount, without filing any formal petition before the Tribunal;
4. That there be no order as to costs in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
