Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 as amended by Act 1 of 1980, to call for the records and set aside the Fair and decreetal order of the Subordinate Judge, Manaparai dated 25-082021 in RCA.No.8 of 2020 confirming the Fair and decreetal order of the Rent Controller/Principal District Munsif, Manapparai in RCOP.No.2 of 2018 dated 14-02-2019.

Decree:- The Civil Revision Petition coming up for hearing this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Petition and the Fair and Decreetal order of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.M.Hasannul Bazari, Advocate for the Petitioners and Mr.VeeraKathiravan Senior Counsel for Mr.S.RamSundarvijayaraj, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:- 1.

That, the Fair and decreetal order of the Subordinate Judge, Manaparai dated 25-08-2021 in RCA.No.8 of 2020 confirming the Fair and decreetal order of the Rent Controller/Principal District Munsif, Manapparai in RCOP.No.2 of 2018 dated 14-02-2019, be and hereby confirmed and the Civil Revision Petition dismissed; 2.

that, the Petitioners herein/tenants be and hereby granted six months time to vacate the premises from the date of receipt of the copy of the order;

that, the Petitioner herein/Tenant shall continue to pay the rents without default and any breach of the above, would entitle the landlady to initiate Execution proceedings and, 4.
