PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to to direct the trial Court to dispose the case in C.C.No. 83 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the trial Court to dispose the case in C.C.No. 83 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a complainant in this case. He would submit that the CC is of the year 2012 and is pending trial for the past seven years.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No. 83 of 2012 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
