The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 13.07.2011 passed in I.A.No.112 of 2011 in un-numbered A.S.No... 2011 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thirunelveli.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the revision petitioner / tenant has already handed over the possession of demised premises to the respondent / landlord and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
