ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 23.02.2012, passed in I.A.No.629 of 2009 in O.S.No.668 of 2000 by the First Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has disposed of the suit in O.S.No.668 of 2000 on 04.01.2013.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
