Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 3 and 4 herein to cancel the assessment made by the 4th respondent in favour of the 5th respondent herein in respect of the Natham Vacant property bearing Survey No. 212/24 to an extent of 91⁄2 cents at North Irumathi Village, Thidakootai Post, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2020 within the stipulated time framed by this Court.
