O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.600 of 2011 in I.A.No.778 of 2008 in O.S.No.100 of 96 dated 02.07.2012, on the file of the District Munsif, Ramanathapuram.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself has been disposed of and nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and the same has become infructuous. 3.Recording the above said submission, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
