ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.133 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent i.e., Inspector of Police, Thondi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and quash all the further proceedings as against the petitioner. 2.This Court vide order dated 07.02.2023 directed the Registry to call for the report from the concerned Court as to when charge sheet came to be filed and on which date the case was taken on file. In pursuance of direction of this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai submitted a report dated 13.02.2023 stating that the final report in Cr.No.133 of 2016 was filed on 09.01.2023 and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.28 of 2023 on 12.01.2023. 2/4

3.Recording the above said report, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. 16.02.2023 NCC :
