..Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent to transfer the investigation from the fifth respondent to any other independent agency by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2019.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to transfer the investigation from the fifth respondent to any other independent agency by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 5 would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.2 of 2020, by the fifth respondent police.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
