To call for the entire regards relating to the Judgment of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District passed in CA No.92/2010 dt.29.09.2023 confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in C.C.No. 6 of 2008 dated 13.08.2010 and set aside the same by allowing the present criminal revision petition and acquit the petitioner/accused.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.16068 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1266 of 2023, dated 17.11.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and prayed to modify the condition to appear before the concerned Court on any other working day of every English Calendar month instead of the first working day of every English Calendar month. 3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.This petition is modified accordingly.
