Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.S.VAIGUNTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16579 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16872 of 2022 dated 24.11.2023.
